Returns and Refunds
Returns for Products is Available for the Following Reasons:
- Not Fit for Purpose
- Wrong Part Sent
When requesting a return, please provide the reason, and if required, provide evidence for the issue / problem you’re having.
Depending on each reason, then return cost may need to be covered by the buyer.
Instances such as change of mind, and/or incorrect purchasing will be covered by the buyer.
Instances where there is a product fault, caused by the seller, will be covered by the seller.
Each case varies from situation to situation, but we will always try and provide the most suitable solution to our customers.
Refunds will be provided to customers upon successful return of the goods provided in the same condition they left in.
Its not always necessary for the packaging to be as it left, but the product will be required to be in the same condition as initially sent.
Refunds may be denied even when the product is delivered back to us if: The product has been tampered with, the product has been returned in a broken state, or the product has been used for an extended period of time.
